With a fully managed monthly plan, your new website will be hosted and managed by me as part of the service. This means your website, hosting, maintenance and support are all covered by one monthly payment, with no separate hosting package needed.
If you currently have hosting elsewhere, I'll handle moving everything needed for the new website across as part of the setup. You can then cancel your existing hosting once it's no longer required, subject to any agreement you have with your current provider.
For fixed-price projects, you'll own the completed website and can either host it with me or arrange your own hosting - whichever works best for you.
Absolutely. Your plan includes the number of pages shown when your website is first built. If your business grows and you need additional pages later, these can be added for a one-time cost of £100 per page.

Your domain name is separate from your website and hosting. If you already have a domain, you can keep it with your current provider and I'll connect it to your new website - you'll just need to continue renewing it as normal.
If you don't have a domain yet, I can help you choose and register one. Domain registration and renewal costs aren't included in the monthly plan and will be confirmed with you beforehand.
Your website doesn't have to stay the same forever. If your business changes or you'd like a completely new design in the future, you can recommission your website under your managed plan.
If your requirements still fit your existing plan, you'll simply make an additional payment equal to one month's plan fee and a new 24-month minimum term will begin.
If your business has grown and the new website requires a higher plan, you can move to the appropriate plan instead, with the new monthly price and minimum term applying from that point.

Most small business websites take around 3-6 weeks from the point I have everything needed to begin, although timings vary depending on the size and requirements of the project.
Larger or more complex websites, such as e-commerce projects or those requiring custom functionality and integrations, will usually take longer. I'll provide an estimated timescale before work begins and keep you updated throughout the project.
Yes. Every website I build is responsive and designed to work across desktop, tablet and mobile, with performance and usability considered throughout development.
I also include SEO foundations as standard, including clean site structure, page titles and metadata, semantic markup and technical best practices to help search engines understand and index your website.
This doesn't include ongoing SEO or guarantee search rankings. If you'd like continued SEO work after launch, this is available separately.
